INGREDIENTS

One-quarter cup of lemon juice

One quarter cup sugar

One-quarter cup of chicken broth

One tbsp lemon zest

Four cloves garlic, minced

One tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Half tsp salt

Two tbsp vegetable oil

Three chicken breasts, diced

Two tbsp cornstarch

Two cups cooked jasmine rice (about 1 cup dry, cooked according to package directions)

Four green onions, sliced

sesame seeds for garnish

Lemon slices, for garnish
